Das Album wurde von Giles Martin und Sam Okell in Stereo und im 5.1 Surround Audio-Sound neu abgemischt und u.a. mit 34 Studio-Takes bzw. Vorab-Versionen der endgültigen Album-Titel erweitert. Als Basis nahm Giles Martin die originalen Vier-Spur-Aufnahmen, die sein Vater (und Original-Produzent) George Martin damals auf Wunsch der Beatles in Mono aufgenommen hatte.
