3 Tracks wurden neu mit Joe Henry in Los Angeles produziert: "Hallelujah, I Love Her So" ist Laurie's Interpretation von Ray Charles gleichnamigen Klassiker aus dem Jahr 1956; "Waiting For A Train" wurde von einem der Country-Musik Pioniere schlecht hin - Jimmie Rodgers - geschrieben, während "Crazy Arms" von Ralph Mooney & Chuck Seals in der Interpretation von Ray Price bekannt wurde. Der vierte Track ist eine Neuaufnahme von "You Don't Know My Mind", die im Mai diesen Jahres in Paris aufgenommen.
Die Special Edition beinhaltet zudem eine DVD mit Hugh Lauries live Performance und Dokumentation "Let Them Talk - A Celebration of New Orleans Blues", die in New Orleans produziert wurde und Blues Legenden & Superstars wie Sir Tom Jones, Irma Thomas und Allen Toussaint featuren. Der 45minütige Film beinhaltet live Bildmaterial und viele Highlights des "Let Them Talk" Albums.
