Two interviews from the beginning and the end of the Doors, respectively! We hear the band on a tour promoting their debut album on a tiny college station in Oswego, New York, and you might say they give the hapless undergrad interviewing them a hard time! Then, Tony Thomas of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation conducts a lengthy 1970 interview with Jim about his forthcoming book of poetry, 'The Lords and the New Creatures'. Only a snippet of this conversation ever aired, and Morrison is clearly relieved and excited to talk about something other than the band and his ongoing controversies; it's Jim at his least affected and most appealing.
